Clapham Town Labour Councillors re-elected

Clapham Town Labour councillors
Your three Labour councillors are back at work working hard for residents in Clapham

Thank’s to voters across Clapham Town Ward your three Labour councillors have been re-elected to represent you for the next four years. Your support and feedback was crucial in helping us improve our local community in the past four years, and we look forward to working with you in the years to come.

All three councillors were re-elected with an increased majority and we really appreciate the trust that you have put in us again. We promise we will continue to fight to defend and improve the environment along with the services delivered by the council.

Their job is going to be challenging as we all face huge cuts by the coalition government. With many angered and concerned by their plans we are already seeing a large increase in people joining the Labour Party in Clapham. You can to by visiting www.labour.org.uk/join or contact us for a membership form and help us defend jobs, the NHS, our schools and public services.

As part of our commitment to you we are setting up new localised surgeries, making it easier for you have a chance to speak directly to your councillors. Held at the following locations from 11:00-midday each Saturday, except on Bank Holiday weekends

1st Saturday of the month: Heathbrook Hall, 117-119 Heath Road,  SW8 3BB (usually Christopher Wellbelove)

2nd Saturday of the month: Clapham Library, 1 Clapham Common Northside, London SW4 0QW (usually Nigel Haselden)

3rd Saturday of the month: Methodist Church Hall, 121 Clapham High Street/Nelson’s Row, SW4 7JR (usually Helen O’Malley)
