		<description>48hrs after the music festival the common is covered in piles of litter.  i attended the concert and very good it was too, but the detritus is unacceptable. as well as the piles of litter there is broken glass and rotting food.  there are clearly safety and hygiene issues for children and animals.  whose job is it to clean up - the council of the promoter? the only council worker on the common today was white-lining the cricket field - good job he did too, but would be nice to see the same attitude towards cleaning up our public space.....</description>
